    Connect Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or Help Scout. The test drive starts from the tickets you bring.

    The AI drafts answers

    It answers the 50 most recent customer questions your team answered, with the same model and macros it would use live, or says it would hand the ticket to your team.

    Compare side by side

    Each draft sits beside the first reply your team sent, so you can see where it matches and where it misses.

    Score it

    Mark each draft send, edit or wrong. The scorecard shows how many tickets the AI would have handled well.

No. Drafts stay inside Flatdesk for your team to read and score.

No. It's part of the free trial and doesn't count toward your AI allowance.
